A commercial for a well-known Los Angeles animal hospital is casting real pet owners and their pets for a heartwarming campaign. This project is looking for authentic relationships between people and their animals, capturing natural, everyday moments that highlight the bond between pets and their owners.
Job Responsibilities
- Appear on camera with your pet in lifestyle-style scenes
- Participate in simple, natural activities at home or in a clinic setting
- Follow direction from the production team
- Showcase genuine interaction and connection with your pet
Requirements
- Pet owners ages 10–70
- Must be based in Los Angeles or able to work as a local
- Open to all genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds
- Must have a real pet (dogs, cats, birds, lizards, hamsters, etc.)
- Pets of all ages welcome (no clipped ears or docked tails)
- Comfortable being on camera with your pet
Compensation
- $700 for 10 hours per day
- $2,000 usage fee for one-year term
- +20% agency fee if applicable
- Potential for 1–2 shoot days

A new non-union short film is now casting Latina actors for “Flor De Alcatraz,” an upcoming project filming in Los Angeles. This one-day shoot, scheduled for mid-March, tells a heartfelt story set in 1940s Chavez Ravine, where two sisters share a meaningful afternoon shaped by their family’s migration story from Mexico.
Casting directors are seeking strong bilingual and emerging Latina talent to portray layered, character-driven roles. Actors must be based in Los Angeles or willing to work as LA locals.
This is a paid short film opportunity offering on-set experience and a chance to collaborate on a powerful narrative project.
