Job Description
A hit television series is casting real couples to portray high school students at a party for upcoming fall-season scenes. This is a paid background opportunity for non-union talent ages 18+ who can look younger and feel comfortable performing light intimacy on camera as a “kissing couple” in a party environment. Scenes will film both indoors and outdoors, and selected couples will attend a wardrobe fitting prior to the shoot. Transportation may be provided from Manhattan to the filming location.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray high school partygoers as a real couple in background scenes

• Perform on-camera kissing and couple interactions naturally and professionally

• Follow direction for blocking, timing, and continuity during party scene coverage

• Attend a costume fitting and maintain wardrobe continuity for filming

Non-Union Party Scene Extras to Portray High School Students (18+)

Job Description
A non-union TV production is casting background talent 18+ who can believably play younger to portray prestigious boarding school students in energetic party scenes. Filming includes interior and exterior scenes and may run late into the night. This is a great opportunity for non-union extras who are comfortable working in a fast-paced set environment and can deliver natural, believable reactions on camera.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray boarding school students in party background scenes

• Follow direction from the assistant directors and production team

• Maintain continuity across takes (movement, reactions, positioning)

• Stay performance-ready during late-night filming as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18+ and able to look younger for high school portrayal

• Non-union talent only

• Comfortable working in both interior and exterior setups

• Must be reliable, punctual, and prepared for a full work window (overtime after the standard hours)

A production is hiring background actors ages 18+ who can believably play prep school students (teen look). This is a great opportunity for NYC-area talent looking for paid extra work and on-camera background roles in a school setting. Work takes place in Staten Island, with transportation provided from NYC.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray a prep school student in background scenes with natural, believable reactions.

• Follow on-set direction from the AD team (marking, resets, continuity).

• Arrive camera-ready with a neat, student-appropriate look and a professional attitude.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ and able to convincingly look like a teenager.

• Must be comfortable working as background talent in a school/prep environment.

• Must be local to NYC/Staten Island area (transportation provided from NYC).

• Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction well on set.

Compensation

• SAG-AFTRA: $224/8 (overtime after 8 hours).

• Non-Union: $181.50/10 (overtime after 10 hours).
