Star Wars: Episode IX is now casting a new character for the upcoming feature film.
A new casting call for Star Wars: Episode IX suggests a new character named “Caro” is going the Star Wars Universe. According to a report from That Hashtag Show, Nina Gold is looking for a young woman to play the leading role
The casting notice describes Caro as “captivating naturalness and ease to her manner,” and calls her a”leader and problem solver, smart with a great sense of humor and a strong will. All this comes to her effortlessly.”
Details as to how to apply were not released. According to IMDB, Nina Gold of Nina Gold Casting is the casting director for this upcoming movie. She has worked on several major TV shows and movies including Game of Thrones, The Danish Girl, and Star Wars: The Last Jedi, according to the Casting Director’s Guild.
Star Wars: Episode IX will be directed by JJ Abrams and based on a script from Abrams and Chris Terrio. It is expected in theaters December 20, 2019. Filming on Episode IX aka Black Diamond is expected to begin by late July at Pinewood Studios UK.
It’s set for release on December 22nd, 2019.
