Terms and Conditions for Project Casting Instagram Giveaway

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Project Casting, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Participants must follow @ProjectCasting on Instagram.
Like the giveaway post.
Tag at least 1 friend in the comments who might be interested in casting calls.
For an extra entry, participants can a post, story, or reel on how Project Casting has helped them or a brief testimonial about their favorite casting experience through Project Casting, tagging @ProjectCasting and using the hashtag #ProjectCastingSpotlight.

All content submitted must be original, created by the participant, and related to their casting experience.
Content must not contain any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal material.
By entering, participants grant Project Casting the non-exclusive right to use, edit, reproduce, and distribute the submitted content (including videos, photos, and testimonials) across its social media channels, website, and marketing materials without further compensation.

The winner will be selected randomly.
The decision of Project Casting is final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.

Total 13 winners will be selected. The Grand Prize, valued at over $350, includes a $100 Amazon gift card, a free premium annual account, and a feature on the Project Casting Blog and social media channels. The Second Prize, valued at over $100, includes a $50 Amazon gift card, a free monthly account, and a feature on Project Casting’s social media channels. Additionally, ten Third Prize winners will each receive a free monthly account and a feature on Project Casting’s social media channels.
The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Project Casting’s sole discretion.

The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 3 days after the end of the giveaway.
The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, Project Casting reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

By participating, entrants agree that Project Casting has the right to use, reproduce, and publish any content (including videos, photos, and testimonials) submitted in connection with the giveaway for promotional and marketing purposes, in any media, worldwide, without further compensation or approval from the participant.

Project Casting reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Project Casting’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Project Casting in its sole discretion.
Project Casting reserves the right to disqualify any individual who it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Project Casting, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the giveaway and/or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants confirm that they release Instagram of responsibility and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

This Agreement shall be construed, governed by, and enforced in accordance with the laws of State of Georgia, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Except as expressly provided herein, the Parties shall submit all disputes to binding arbitration under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The costs of the arbitration, including administrative and arbitrators’ fees, shall be shared equally by the Parties. The proceeding shall be held in the English language in a mutually agreeable location in Atlanta, Georgia and be decided by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the applicable rules. Each Party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ and witnesses’ fees. The arbitration award shall be final and each Party shall comply in good faith and submit itself to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts for the sole purpose of the entry of such arbitrator’s award to render effective such arbitration decision. Notwithstanding the foregoing, judgment on the award by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. If judicial enforcement or review of the arbitrator’s decision is sought, the prevailing Party shall be entitled to costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees. This provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
