A production is seeking a young male performer to portray a bully-type character with an authentic 1980s look. The role is for a boy between 10 and 12 years old who can fit the requested character type and appear naturally on camera. Talent must be a fresh face to the production and cannot have previously worked on “Our Father.” This opportunity is filming in Yonkers, New York.

Job Responsibilities

Featured Child Extras (Ages 8–10)

Job Description
A production is casting two Black/African American child extras (boys or girls, ages 8–10) for featured extra work in New Rochelle, NY. Talent should be comfortable with a 1977-inspired look, including hair styling that matches the period. Siblings are welcome to apply. A parent or guardian must be present for all required days (shoot day, fitting, and hair test).

Job Responsibilities

• Appear on set as a featured child extra in background/action moments

• Attend a scheduled wardrobe fitting before filming

• Complete a required hair test to confirm the 1977 hair look

• Follow on-set direction from the production team and remain camera-ready

Requirements

• Black/African American kids, ages 8–10 (male or female)

• Must be available for the shoot day plus both the fitting and hair test

• Must be able to achieve a 1977 look with hair

• Parent or guardian must accompany the child on all days

Compensation

• $176/day for the featured extra work (shoot day)

• $87.50 for the fitting (half day)

• $87.50 for the hair test (half day)

Job Description
A short film shooting in Accord, NY is urgently casting a friendly, medium-sized dog to appear on camera. The dog will play a featured role in a student-led short film, participating in key home scenes alongside actors. This is a great opportunity for dog owners looking to showcase their pet in a heartfelt creative project. Calm temperament is preferred, and the dog must be comfortable around camera crews and cast members.

Job Responsibilities

• Appear in multiple scenes as a featured part of the story

• Remain calm and cooperative during indoor filming sessions

• Interact naturally with actors and respond to basic commands

• Be present for approximately 5 hours per day during production

Requirements

• Medium-sized dog with a friendly, even-tempered personality

• Must be OK around people, indoor sets, and film equipment

• Available on May 12th and 13th for filming in Accord, NY

• Previous on-set experience is a bonus, not required

Compensation

• $100 per day

• Gas reimbursement and food provided

• On-screen credit in the final film
