Victoria Castillo

Victoria "Vicky" Castillo is a Recording Engineer and Filmmaker, currently living in Miami, FL. She has earned her Bachelor of Science in Recording Arts (RA) and a Master of Fine Arts in Film Production from Full Sail University in Orlando, FL. During her time in the RA program she was a GrammyU Member. She loves being on set and seeing an idea come to life but enjoys the pre/post production process as well. While earning her Film degree, she had collaborated on over 15 short films, working in the sound and post production department on most of those films. Receiving her first sound design credits and nominations with a film called, Fragile, a puppet/animated short. ​After graduation, Vicky moved to Miami where she worked at Criteria Recording Studios (formerly known as the Hit Factory). Where she started as a General Assistant and left as an Assistant Engineer. Receiving her first assistant engineer credit with La Mini, on Lunay's El Niño album.
