Hi, I’m Trey Berry. I’m a content creator, leasing manager, fitness enthusiast, and someone who genuinely believes life gets better when you stop playing small and start betting on yourself. Originally from Toledo, Ohio, I’ve built my career around connecting with people. Whether I’m helping someone find their next home, creating content for my audience, or striking up a conversation with a complete stranger, I’ve always had a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and seen. Over the last few years, I’ve built a social media audience of more than 80,000 followers by sharing my life, fitness journey, personal growth, travel experiences, humor, and unfiltered opinions. What started as simply posting videos online turned into a platform where people come for motivation, laughs, relatable life moments, and honest conversations. One of the things I’m most proud of is losing more than 70 pounds and completely transforming my lifestyle. It wasn’t just a physical transformation, it was a mental one. That journey taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of showing up for yourself even when nobody is watching. I’m outgoing, opinionated, emotionally aware, and probably the type of person who will make friends with everyone in the room before the night is over. I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and finding common ground with just about anyone. My friends would tell you I’m equal parts therapist, comedian, motivator, and troublemaker. Whether it’s reality television, social experiments, hosting opportunities, lifestyle content, or projects that bring people together, I thrive in environments where personality matters. I don’t believe in pretending to be someone I’m not. What you see is what you get, and that’s exactly why people connect with me.
