Traci Simmons

I’m Traci Simmons, affectionately known as “The Hotel Doctor.” I’m a bold, ambitious Southern woman with a career built on leadership, hospitality, and turning challenges into opportunities. I’ve spent years managing hotels, leading teams, opening properties, and turning around million-dollar assets—and trust me, I know how to handle a crisis, a difficult personality, and a room full of opinions! I’m a mother, a woman who knows her worth, and someone who has never been afraid to reinvent herself. I’ve built my career by walking into situations that need fixing and figuring out how to make them work. I’m direct, passionate, loyal, hardworking, and unapologetically myself. I can be classy and polished one minute and tell you exactly how I feel the next. Behind the professional woman is someone who has lived through real highs and lows, learned some hard lessons, loved deeply, and continues to rebuild and elevate her life. I’m at a point where I’m not just surviving—I’m creating the legacy I want for myself and my family. I believe I would bring something different to Beyond the Gates because I’m not afraid to show the woman behind the title. I have ambition, personality, opinions, humor, vulnerability, and a story that is still being written. I’m ready to step through the gates and let people see the real Traci—the Hotel Doctor, the mother, the boss, the lover, the friend, and the woman who refuses to stop evolving.
