I’m a recovering Mormon, a soon-to-be divorcée, and a woman who spent 20 years in a beautiful prison: a sexless, emotionally neglectful marriage that looked perfect from the outside — but was anything but. I had an affair six years ago — the moment I realized I was done playing the part of the quiet wife. I gave my husband a chance to heal things with therapy, but it became clear: he wanted the image, not the work. For too long, I hid. I let shame and fear keep me small. But not anymore. I’m a mom of three incredible kids who are the center of my universe. I’m also an interior designer, entrepreneur, and founder of a nonprofit aimed at helping women escape the silent suffering I lived through. I'm currently selling a $24 million home I designed in Park City, Utah — the same town I grew up in, and the one I’m proud to call mine. I know the people, I know the stories, and I know how to show up. One of my closest friends is Kelley Wolf. I’ve stood beside her through one of the hardest chapters of her life — and in helping her, I found a deeper strength in myself. That journey inspired the nonprofit I’m now building. I’ve been told I’m "too much" my whole life — too passionate, too opinionated, too intense. But I no longer apologize for it. My therapist thinks I need a podcast. I think I need a platform.
