Tony Grano

Tony “TNT” Grano is an actor, entrepreneur, boxing trainer, coach, and mentor, a Connecticut Boxing Hall of Fame inductee, and a former NABF heavyweight champion who was ranked a top five contender in the world by the WBC. His presence is built on real world experience, not imitation. Raised in his father’s video and electronics store, he grew up surrounded by film and developed a natural connection to storytelling early, performing in high school theater and taking on Shakespeare before life pulled him down a different path. As a kid, Tony faced bullying due to dyslexia, an experience that helped shape his resilience and drive. After graduating high school, he wanted to pursue acting, but his father persuaded him to learn a trade, leading him into the plumbers union, Local seven seventy seven. While working on the construction of Mohegan Sun Resort Casino, one of the largest in the world at the time, Tony realized he was getting out of shape. At age twenty, he stepped into a boxing gym for the first time, and that decision changed everything. After earning a spot on the U.S. elite team, he stepped away to pursue boxing full time, rising to become a NABF heavyweight champion. That journey now fuels his work on screen. Grano brings a rare authenticity, calm authority, and controlled intensity to roles that demand strength, credibility, and presence. Beyond acting, he is also the founder of a mission driven platform focused on combating cyberbullying, protecting youth, and helping prevent suicide, turning his own life experience into a purpose driven mission. He is known for grounded, believable performances, making him a natural fit for law enforcement, protector, and authoritative roles.
