My addiction to pickleball indirectly led me to becoming an actor when I saw an ad on Facebook for a pickleball commercial in the spring of 2025. Both my wife and I applied, got callbacks, and ended up on set for one of the shoot days. That led me down the path of learning how to have that experience again, which has since included numerous other commercials, films, and promos. The ability to play, explore, learn, and grow inside a world someone else created is intoxicating and acting provides the perfect platform for that. It is consistently new, challenging and fulfilling.
