Tesia Benjamin

Tesia Benjamin is an author, speaker, and dedicated ministry leader. She serves as the leader of the Young Adults and Teen Ministry at her church, The Champion Center, and is a facilitator in the Women's Ministry. Professionally, she works as a Senior Labor Analyst, collaborating with teams across the U.S. and Canada for the last 11 years. A wife to Roy Thomas and mother to Ashton and Tristan Brown, she is passionate about faith, affirmations, and overall spiritual wellness. She believes that transparency promotes transition and, in turn, erects change, inspiring others to embrace growth and transformation. Through her speaking engagements and written work, she empowers women to walk in their God-given purpose, navigate life’s challenges with confidence, and cultivate both spiritual and personal growth.
