Terishka Franco

I didn’t come from privilege, and I wasn’t handed success. I fought for it, built it, and refused to let my past determine my future. I’m Terishka Franco, an award-winning entrepreneur, author, and trailblazer who turned childhood adversity into a life of purpose, perseverance, and success. As a single mother, I broke barriers in the male-dominated automotive industry to become one of the few female dealership owners in America. Today, I’m a managing partner of multiple automotive dealerships, founder of PuraBella Wellness, proud mother of two, and grandmother of three. Recognized among the Top 100 Entrepreneurs of 2025, I’m passionate about empowering women to find their voices, reclaim their confidence, and realize that it’s never too late to reinvent themselves. My philosophy, “Say It – Play It,” is more than a motto. It’s how I’ve lived my life: dreaming boldly, taking action, and refusing to let circumstances dictate my destiny. I’m living proof that where your story begins does not have to be where it ends.
