About:
Suzanne J. Cahill is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in leading organizations through startup, reorganization, and rapid growth across media, nonprofit, and community development sectors. As the founder of Red Mat Publishing, she grew the company from a one-title publisher to a global multimedia organization, overseeing all aspects of its financial operations and launching diverse media platforms. In 2012, Suzanne sold the company and now provides consulting services to publishers, nonprofits, and businesses. Suzanne’s leadership also extended to the revitalization of the historic Wall Street Theater in Norwalk, CT, where she transformed a 38,000-square-foot building into a state-of-the-art performance venue. She raised $3 million to fund the restoration and successfully preserved the 1913 theater, which was sold in 2023 to a theater consortium. At the Bedford Audubon Society, Suzanne drove a 60% increase in membership and 37% growth in revenue, while expanding programs and partnerships across Northern Westchester, NY. She played a pivotal role in conserving 1,700 additional acres and was instrumental in state legislation for bird and wildlife protection. A strategic leader committed to business success and community impact, Suzanne continues to make a difference across media, arts, conservation, and civic development. Her leadership, vision, and expertise make her a highly sought-after executive and consultant.
