Silvia Diaz

Hey, I’m Silvia! I’m a business owner with a creative background and a serious love for fitness. I got my Bachelor’s degree in Filmmaking, which shaped my eye for detail and my confidence on camera. Now, I run Strong House Windows & Doors with my brother. Outside of work, I’m all about movement. I train in weightlifting and CrossFit, and I compete in flag football. I love feeling strong, fast, and capable. Fitness is my outlet, my therapy, and my way of challenging myself. Modeling in the fitness space allows me to combine all of that; creativity, strength, and performance. I’m great at following directions and I just want to have fun on stage!
