Seward Lott

Seward Brandon Lott, also known amongst friends and followers, as B. Lott, is a vigorous Fitness Professional who thrives to set the example of living an active lifestyle, all while taking on various roles such as fitness coach, student, model, actor and bodybuilder. Brandon is a native Texan , from Houston, a Navy veteran and a college graduate. Brandon enlisted ,in the Navy, in October 2009, where he served for 7 1/2 years. After the military, he started school at San Jacinto College, where he excelled as an honor student turned modeled and actor in various print ads and commercials, on behalf of the college. He earned his Associates degree in Business. Most recently, Brandon was cast in a movie Red Rover, with SIMON REX. Slated for release late 2021. His hobbies are , of course, working out, traveling and trying new restaurants and watching movies.
