Sarah Wockenfuß

I’m a German actress, born and raised in Rostock, and a graduate of the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna, where I lived and trained from 2021 to 2025. I come from a strong musical background. I’ve played the piano since the age of six and completed early studies in both classical and pop singing. This has shaped my acting deeply, especially my sense for rhythm and timing in front of the camera. I’m often described as having a natural, warm presence and a very filmic playing style. I’m particularly drawn to psychologically driven work and characters with inner contradictions. While my own energy is quite open and joyful, I’m most excited by roles that are very different from me and allow for real transformation. I feel equally comfortable working in German and English and am excited about international productions. I’ve just wrapped my work on a Christmas theatre production in Rostock and am now fully available for film and television projects. I’m excited to shift my focus in front of the camera and dive into new cinematic worlds.
