About:
Saida Fakher: "Everything done with purpose, pure intent, through love and balance, reaps great reward." Saïda Fakher (12-09-1993) is a Moroccan-Dutch Emmy Young Creative nominated actress, writer and producer and is known for various Dutch TV series such as Vakvullers and Swipe (#tagged). Swipe has been acclaimed around the world, selected as “Best Series” and won the Best Screenplay award at the Hollyweb Film Festival. In the year that Saïda was to be born, her parents left on a road trip to Morocco where she was born. Partly because of this, she absolutely does not sit still and is always on the way somewhere. She studied at fame and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Hollywood, among others. She has experience in theatre, TV and film. For example, she played in the internationally awarded short film Typing… by Mirthe Venbrux, with Orkater she played with Gijs de Lange, Margôt Ros and Leopold Witte in the theater production Amsterdammers. In Hollywood, Saïda has played in the short film You Weren't There, which premiered at the Unleashed Festival in Melbourne. Saïda is an all-round performer: she acts, sings and dances and has won the international Visual Identity Awards (IVIA). The annual IVIA awards ceremony is the world's largest independent visual identity and brand development election. Now Saïda is definitely not sitting still: soon (January 2021) she can be seen in a brand new series: Maud en Babs with Loes Luca (Mi Vida) and Rifka Lodeizen (Judas). She is also involved as a producer in a number of international film projects.
