A strong work ethic and personal integrity have been defining qualities throughout my life and career. I believe reliability, adaptability, professionalism, and willingness to help others are essential in any position. Those values were instilled in me early by my family and strengthened throughout my professional experience. During my eleven years with SkyWest Airlines, I regularly worked long hours in demanding operational environments requiring teamwork, flexibility, attention to detail, and calm decision-making under pressure. I assisted with ramp operations, customer service, security coordination, baggage resolution, and operational support while maintaining professionalism during stressful situations. There were many occasions involving severe weather, staffing shortages, maintenance activity, and operational disruptions where I remained beyond scheduled shifts to support operations, assist passengers, and help ensure flights continued safely and efficiently. Those experiences taught me persistence, accountability, adaptability, and the importance of supporting the mission during difficult conditions. In broadcasting and production roles, I also learned the value of preparation, meeting deadlines, multitasking, and remaining calm during live programming where timing and accuracy were critical. These experiences strengthened my ability to remain organized, dependable, service-oriented, and focused under pressure.
