Rubin Barksdale is an Atlanta-based actor, singer, and host with experience across film, television, and live performance. He is the host and founder of The Rubin B Variety Show, recognized as the #1 talent show since the Apollo. His credits include roles in Ashes Never Rest, Prey for the Pastor, Why Me?, and appearances on Greenleaf, Being Mary Jane, and The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. A versatile performer, Rubin has also graced stages from the Atlanta Hawks halftime show to the Shuler Awards, and trained with industry leaders including Debbie Allen and Keith Bolden.
