Riley Shroyer
About:
Riley Shroyer (they/them) is an actor, singer, dancer, and filmmaker. Riley has been performing for as long as they can remember. They started at theaters around Pennsylvania before moving to New York City at age 17 to pursue an education in Acting for Camera and Filmmaking from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA). Some of Riley’s favorite theatre credits include The Music Man (Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre), Winter Wonderland (American Music Theatre), Ragtime (Servant Stage), and most recently The Comeback Cabaret (The Drama Company NYC, Don’t Tell Mama). Riley has recently been very passionate about creating their own content while entering into the film world. They co-wrote, directed, and starred in a short film called Music is the Feeling, and they wrote and starred in the short film Until My Dying Day. One thing that Riley would love to accomplish as an actor/creator is to put out more positive non-binary/queer representation out into the world. They are hoping to find opportunities to play characters true to their identity in hopes that someday soon, non-binary characters will be more included in mainstream media.
