Richard F. Soto born and raised in a small mining town in Bisbee Arizona, has been a pilot since 1982, flown commercially as cargo pilot, and charter pilot as well, continued to evolve in aviation by teaching Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) for the U.S. Military in 2004 since then developed the same methodologies, technologies, for commercial applications.
