Rebecca Valencia

I am a first-generation Mexican-American actor, an incoming CalArts MFA Acting student, and a recent graduate from the University of Arizona with dual degrees in Live & Screened Performance and Spanish & Portuguese. My background gives me a distinct edge. Growing up off-roading in the sand dunes of Yuma, Arizona, gave me a natural fearlessness, instinct, and hands-on adaptability that I bring straight into my physical and dramatic work. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, speak Portuguese, and have traveled and trained extensively across Asia, Europe, and Latin America. This international experience helps me bring genuine cross-cultural depth to multilingual scripts. My experience spans from commercial campaigns like Urban Outfitters to aerial trapeze and physical theatre.
