Rebecca Hanson

My name is Rebecca Hanson. I am 18 years old and just out of high school. I have been performing on the stage since the age of 3 in both acting, singing, and dance. For acting, I have currently been in 3 tv commercials for the Saskatchewan Teachers Association as well as multiple productions for my school theatre and my former town theatre Rubarb productions These include: The sound of music, Seussical Jr. and Seussical, Cinderella, Beauty and the beast, and Anestasia. I have been singing since the age of 3 years old. I began taking taking voice lessons at the age of 10 giving me a consecutive time of 8 years experience. I performed at my first music festival in 2021 in Moose Jaw SK. Here I performed 2 songs and got an awards of honour for my first peace I performed; a folk song called Sun don’t set in the morning. I have been taking dance classes since the age of 7 giving me 11 years of experience as of now. I have one many awards for me solos that I have performed over the years. Including an award for 2nd most promising soloist in the 17+ age category. I have also taught dance, specifically acrobatics, at my home studio in Moose Jaw. It is the Born2Be arts academy. I have taught ages 3-13 and have got many compliments on my skills, teaching abilities, and hard work ethic.
