Quanesha Johnson

An Atlanta native who later relocated to Valdosta to pursue a degree in Mass Media with a concentration in Film and Video Production at Valdosta State University. Since then, I have built over a decade of experience across diverse areas of multimedia. My career began with hands-on roles in sports and film production. This included serving as a Sports Videography Intern from 2016–2018 and working with the ESPN3 production crew to broadcast Valdosta State University’s Division II State Championship game. In 2017, I also wrote, directed and edited a short film, now available on YouTube. This marked an early step in my creative journey and pushed me to pursue more. During my undergraduate studies, I was honored as an Undergraduate Synopsis Nominee for my analysis of the television series Riverdale. Since then, I have grown into senior-level design roles. These roles included serving as the Senior Graphic Designer from 2016–2018 at VSU's recreation center, before joining Zoo Atlanta in 2019 as a Graphic Designer and Multimedia Specialist. At Zoo Atlanta, I continue to create impactful visual content, blending creativity with strategy to enhance audience engagement. Beyond my professional roles, I have provided freelance multimedia support for organizations such as the Urban League of Greater Atlanta, where I contributed event photography and design services. One notable event was the 2019 Film & Television Symposium and Expo. I look bring a versatile skill set that spans graphic design, videography, photography, and multimedia storytelling to any team I join. My background reflects both creative vision and technical mastery, allowing me to deliver compelling content across a range of platforms and audiences.
