Oshanay Watson

I’ve dreamed of being an actor ever since I was 9 years old – watching Stranger Things was the moment it all clicked, and I knew instantly that this was what I wanted to do with my life. Over the years, I’ve tried other activities like swimming and gymnastics; I don’t do them regularly anymore but I’m still pretty good at both. Now that I’m 13, I’ve made up my mind to really go for it and I’m about to start proper acting classes. I’ve already had a taste of performing too – back in Year 5, I was lucky enough to land one of the two main roles in a school show at Sadler’s Wells, and then in Year 6 I took part in our end-of-year play. Being an actor isn’t just a goal for me – it’s my biggest dream and what I know I’m meant to do with my life.
