Olga Valdez

Olga Valdez is a Dominican actress and producer recognized for her work in films such as Olivia and The Clouds (Locarno 77, Bes Animation Premio Platino Xcaret 2026), Jupía, and La Güira y La Tambora (Ibermedia Coproduction 2018), where she also served as associate producer. Her screen work also includes the short film Holly Hill (New Orleans Film Festival and MFF 2017). She also worked as production manager on The Two-Headed Calf shortfilm (OUTFEST 2019 and FICG 2020). Valdez began her artistic education in painting before studying architecture. She later trained as an actress with Kat Montes, John Strasberg, and Elia Schneider at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. Also participated in screenwriting and production labs organized by DGCINE and completed the Advanced Screenwriting Program at CHAVÓN Film School (2025). She currently serves on the board of ADAC in the Dominican Republic.
