Odell Smith is the founder and head chef of Smithybrowns, the only authentic Jamaican dine-in restaurant in Milton Keynes. Inspired by the cooking skills passed down by his grandfather and the way food brought people together, Odell created Smithybrowns to deliver authentic Jamaican flavours, generous hospitality and a strong sense of community. Since launching in 2017, Smithybrowns has grown across restaurant dining, takeaway, major festivals, delivery platforms, and private and corporate catering. After a fire forced the business to close at its previous location, Odell rebuilt the brand and opened its current restaurant, showing the resilience, drive and determination behind his journey. With plans to expand into its own sauces and dry seasonings, Odell is building Smithybrowns into a wider Jamaican food and lifestyle brand. His personality, story and passion make him a strong fit for television, cooking shows, press, brand partnerships, live events and campaigns.
