Natalia Lacrete

Natalia Lacrête is a Pianist, Percussionist, and Vocalist from Miami, Florida. Born to a Father from Haiti and a Mother from Nicaragua, and both sides of her family being of Latin, Caribbean, European, African, and Native American descent, she has always been surrounded by Latin, Caribbean, European, African, and Native American music. The songs from Natalia’s recent project, “Night Vibes” (Instrumental Ballad) and “Take Your Blinders Off” (Pop), that were released on all music streaming platforms at the end of August 2020, were created using her experiences/skills as a Musician and the influences of her family background. “The singles from my E.P. “Versatility” are meant to show who I am as an artist through 4 different pieces written in 4 different genres ranging from an Instrumental Ballad, Pop, Latin/Caribbean, and R&B/Rap. Since my background is diverse both musically and ethnically, I wanted to use the knowledge that I have to create pieces that display my versatility as a Performer, Composer, and Engineer.” Natalia plans to release her E.P. "Versatility", which includes two new songs “Son de Yon Pitit Hispañola” (Sounds of a Child from Hispañola) and "Without You" where she happens to not only be the Composer and Performer, but also the Mixing Engineer, in June 2024. Natalia is an Alumna of the Berklee College of Music Boston Campus (2018) in Boston, Massachusetts where she completed a Bachelor of Music in Professional Music with Concentrations in Performance and Music Business. She also has a Minor in Performance Studies in Latin Music. Her Principal Instrument was Piano. Natalia is also an Alumna of the Berklee College of Music Valencia Campus (2020) in Valencia, Spain where she Graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Master of Music in Contemporary Performance (Production Concentration). Her Principal Instrument was Percussion. The genres she plays ranges from Classical, Latin to R&B and Pop.
