SheBeast' is my name! I dove into fitness after my 75 lb gain in 30 days in NYC due to a very toxic relationship where I was physically abuse. This shocking reality sparked me to shift my daily habits to a healthier fitness lifestyle. I worked hard and diligent in Paris for 4 years as a celebrity trainer. This gave me a platform and drive to take my vision to a new height. Women empowerment is what I exude.
