Monéca S. Reid 'bka' REID http://pro.imdb.com/name/nm1960309/ REID is a woman making moves and excelling at it. This Comedic actress, print plus model, vocalist, make-up artist, writer, director, producer, Director of Operations for Georgia’s Peachtree International Film Festival, and casting director/entertainment consultant/founder of JUS 4 Entertainment it’s amazing how she juggles these and her other talents as a motivational speaker, domestic violence activist, women’s rights activist, and alumni of Organizing For America (OFA) formerly Obama For America for the US Democratic Party. Monéca has been fortunate to work with some of Hollywood's greats ie., Robert Townsend, Tommy Ford, KiKi Shepard, Faizon Love, Carl Seaton, Angela Bassett, Victoria Rowell, and many more. Keeping in touch with the community she personally created and directs her own A.R.T.S. Program for youth. In 2006 her DV tours were birthed into an annual tour every October, and Monéca is a philanthropist fighting to give voice to this silent crime of domestic violence as a national spokesperson. Monéca also continues to try to empower young women who’ve become teen mothers to push beyond their circumstances and still become successful women. Even though Monéca is an artist she still finds time to be hands on to her own family. Her children & grandchildren, working and volunteering within the girls mentorship program, “In His Image,” and alongside her sisters in the Order of Eastern Star. Monéca also moonlights as a business strategy consultant, and in 2013 Streaming Faith / 316 Networks hired her to successfully assist many enterprises, faith-based organizations, and NFPs in achieving their goals with clients/customers to see growth in their businesses via streaming services before it was popular. Monéca has made many historical impactful achievements in her young adult years. Due to her success in casting in Chicago, Ill, she was referred to work for President Barack Obama’s 2012 Presidential campaign; where they sent her to the swing state of Ohio. It was there she made history in hosting the largest Soul To Polls Sunday ever to date with a record number of voters voting on that Sunday. This achievement afforded her an opportunity to be invited to the White House to interview for 3 individual positions. Having experience being an F.O. and a R.F.O. for the democratic party she was invited back to help in the 2020 Presidential election in Fayetteville, GA, to help recount the votes and to act as a team lead for the Biden/Harris campaign. Monéca has always worn many hats in every decade of her life. This multi-talented individual gives her all in all she’s involved with and nothing and no one is ever left out. Her infectious energy changes the temperature in every room she’s in. Monéca S.
