Maya Charles

Maya Charles is a multifaceted creative and NYU Tisch School of the Arts alumna with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film & Television. After a period focused on education and operational support, she is returning to her primary passion for post-production and digital storytelling.  Maya brings a unique "performer’s perspective" to the editing suite. As seen through her social media presence (@itsblondii_), she possesses a natural ability to command an audience’s attention, transitioning from a reserved personality to a high-energy extrovert when on camera or on stage. This experience as a creator and actor allows her to edit with an intuitive sense of timing, rhythm, and narrative impact. Technically proficient in Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut, Maya combines professional cinematic training with a modern understanding of social media trends. She is eager to leverage her background in graphic design and video editing to create compelling, high-quality content for forward-thinking brands and productions.
