I am an Adjunct Kinesiology Professor& Men's Swim Coach at a Junior College. I also do 1 on 1 Water Safety/Learn to Swim lessons (infants & adults), Im also a Personal Trainer. I have two masters degrees M.A. in Athletics Administration/Coaching & M.S. in Physical Education. I was a D1 Collegiate Athlete (Swimming) & competitive swimmer growing up. I also played Basketball for many years. I have my 200HR Yoga Instructors Cert.
