Mary Kathryn Alford

Graduate of The International Performance Ensemble and Pace University in New York City, Mary Kathryn Alford is a professional actor and creator located in Atlanta, Ga. Her career took a leap forward in 2019 when she costarred in a feature film, Electric Jesus, starring Judd Nelson and Brian Baumgartner. The film has since traveled all across the U.S. and is available to watch on Amazon Prime. This opportunity jumpstarted her transition into the Film and TV world and she has consistently worked on both screen and stage ever since. She works from a range of techniques including Meisner, Lecoq, Utahagen, and Stanislavski. With training in voice, stage combat, free running, cheer leading, acrobatic arts, and visual art, Mary Kathryn uses her body, voice, and mind as vital tools for her craft, whether it is in a performative piece of theatre, or a closeup scene on film. Mary Kathryn believes actors must have life inside of them, in order to breathe life inside the imaginary. Mary Kathryn Alford treats people kindly, and does her job well.
