Martha/Matt Kneebone

Hi! I am an 18 year old student, looking to build my experience and skills in acting. Despite having limited opportunities to do so in the last few years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have always enjoyed and been interesting in performance. I took ballet and acting classes until I was 12, and have performed in student productions through my secondary school, as a sleezy politician and a drunk activist. Both of those performances were externally judged on separate occasions, and I was highlighted as having a large stage presence and potential acting talent consistently. I also have experience organising/directing a production of High School Musical and student-written house drama, and as a Student Leader of my secondary school I have had many public speaking opportunities, which has helped build my stage confidence. I play piano up to around grade 7 ability, and enjoy sailing - I achieved the RYA Day Skipper qualification last year. I am also neurodivergent, and although I believe this enhances my acting ability, I would be interested in being cast for non-neurotypical roles as it is something very meaningful to me. I identify as non-binary, but I would be comfortable playing female roles.
