Lucy Qiu

My name is Lucy Qiu. I am a LA-based actress and model, born in the Netherlands and raised between Europe and China. I am fluent in English, Mandarin, and Dutch, and bring a multicultural perspective to my work. Before transitioning into acting, I built an international career in fashion, working with leading brands across Europe and the United States. My years in front of the camera developed a deep appreciation for storytelling and performance, which ultimately inspired me to pursue acting full-time. I have trained extensively in scene study, improv, and on-camera acting, while drawing upon a lifelong background in classical piano and opera. In addition, I am actively training in martial arts, weapons work, and stage combat, further expanding my range as a performer. I am particularly drawn to grounded dramas, action films, and character-driven stories, with a long-term goal of working across both the American and Asian entertainment industries. As a multilingual performer working in English and Mandarin, I hope to help bring stories to life that resonate across cultures and audiences.
