Hi, I’m Lloyd Barker — a host, speaker, and creative from the Cayman Islands. Whether I’m on stage emceeing an awards show, guiding a live event, or speaking to young people, I bring energy, authenticity, and a strong sense of purpose to everything I do. My journey blends law, public speaking, and entertainment. I’ve had the honor of hosting major events, including government ceremonies, talent showcases, and cultural galas. I was named Man of the Year and received the Proud of Them Award — all prestigious honours — but what matters most to me is impact — using my voice and platform to uplift others. I’m also the founder of the Pursuit of Excellence Foundation, which has helped thousands of students through educational and community initiatives. For me, it’s all about being present, intentional, and leaving people feeling better than when they came.
