Linda Joyce Minor (she/her)

Linda's Voice is a "lyrica mezzo-soprano has been described as mature, warm, serious, comforting, nurturing, friendly, unconventional and fun. She has done mysterious-scientific narrations, public service, creatures and aliens, kids books, technology, and quirky-new product designs. Her love of Voice Acting started with her father, who was an Amateur Radio operator (HAM) and Citizens band radio operator. They were used in her father's businesses (electronics/toy/hobby businesses) in Montana as immediate communications between the stores and mobile units. As an actor/model, she was a model for the character "Alyx" in the video game "Half-Life", was a nominator/critic for the Theatre Puget Sound Gregory Awards--2019-2020, played the "prince' in "Cinderella-An Egyptian Story" (2017), and costume/props director for the 2013 production, both held at Angle Lake, Washington. In past productions, she has played the Cheshire Cat (a favorite character), a maid, a ghost, a detective, a gnome, a fairy and a cute little 5 year old monster, who goes by the name: "MONSTER-IN-TRAINING". Linda's photography and Art work has been featured on album covers, Facebook, juried art shows and galleries. Her art work has been featured at the UW School of Social Work Gallery, C-Gallery-Seattle, Northwest Folklife Fiber Arts Booth and the Meydenbauer Center, Bellevue, WA. Linda was born and raised in Great Falls, Montana. Her mother's family is one of the first African American families to have settled in Montana while it was still part of the Nebraska Territory. She attended college in Billings, MT. and received degrees in Speech Communication/Theatre Arts and Psychology. In addition, she received an MBA from City University, Seattle, WA and graduate certificate in Fiber Arts from the University of Washington.
