Laurien Papa

Laurien Papa is an actress, writer, and producer based in Naples, Florida. She trained at New York City's Stella Adler Studio of Acting and The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, where she studied Method Acting, script interpretation, and comedic improv. She later continued her development at the Burt Reynolds Institute of Film & Television in Jupiter, FL, where she served as Program Director and worked both in front of and behind the camera. Laurien is the creator, writer, and lead actress of Unmatched, a 12-episode comedy series now in production through Lashes and Laughs Productions — a show born from her own experiences navigating online dating after divorce. She is also the author of Swing State, releasing May 2026, and the founder of Thero, a psychology-based dating app for adults 35 . Her range spans comedy, drama, commercial, and voice over work. She is available for self-tape submissions from anywhere and for in-person work throughout Florida and the Southeast.
