Lauren Sears

I am a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, professional athlete, coach, and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant based in Austin, Texas. I’ve spent over a decade helping athletes perform at their highest level while also competing internationally myself. As a two-time IBJJF No-Gi World Champion, ADCC Trials veteran, and coach, I bring real experience, discipline, and authenticity to everything I do. Beyond competition, I’m passionate about representing strong women in combat sports and inspiring others to pursue confidence through movement. Whether I’m coaching beginners, teaching seminars, or competing on the world stage, I strive to embody resilience, professionalism, and the spirit of martial arts. I’m comfortable performing on camera and would love the opportunity to bring genuine energy and passion into every project I’m apart of.
