Lauren Polimeno

I’m an energetic and versatile performer with a background in improvisation, live entertainment, and audience-driven storytelling. I bring a natural on-camera presence, strong comedic timing, and the ability to connect authentically with a wide range of characters and audiences. Through my experience leading interactive performances and educational programs in international settings, I’ve developed the ability to think quickly, adapt in the moment, and stay fully present in my work. I’m especially drawn to roles that require intelligence, warmth, confidence, and subtle humor. My training in movement, dance, and athletics has given me strong physical awareness and expressive range, which I bring into my performances on screen. I’m currently focused on building my experience in film and television and continuing to grow through training and production work.
