Bio: Latorya McPhatter-McLean Hair Stylist, Makeup Artist, Beauty Educator and Laurinburg, NC Native Latorya McPhatter-McLean (Tory) has been a dominant force in haircare since 2008. As a breast cancer survivor, she presented an education of healthy and natural hair to all of her clients. She gives them the stamina to put themselves first to look their very best.
