Lara Fouche

Lara Fouché is a versatile actress and performer from Cape Town, South Africa. With experience across theatre, film, television, and commercials, she has taken on both lead and supporting roles, including standout performances in In the Shadow of the King Protea at the Baxter Theatre’s Zabalaza Festival and the independent film The Lagoon. Lara’s screen work includes appearances in Summertide (series), commercial campaigns for Nivea and Cancer Research, as well as voiceover work for the “1000 Women 1 Voice” anti-bullying campaign. Lara combines her natural talent with formal training, continuously refining her craft. A true multi-hyphenate, she is skilled in acting, singing (mezzo soprano/ alto ), and modern and contemporary dance. Beyond performance, her athletic abilities—from kickboxing to surfing and horse riding—add to her dynamic range as an actress.
