I’m a single mom living in Santa Monica with my 13-year-old son, Brendan, whom I had at 39 through a donor. After spending 20 years in the toy industry and corporate world, I decided to make a significant life change. I sold my car, moved back into my condo, and began focusing on wellness and mind/body care. Both Brendan and I have ADHD, and I'm committed to prioritizing my well-being so I can be fully present for him. This new chapter is all about discovering my higher self and embracing the journey ahead with excitement.
