I'm Kristin - a 33 year old teacher and part time content creator. I started creating content as a body positive yoga teacher during the pandemic. Over the last 5 years, I have had so many amazing opportunities and been pushed out of my comfort zone. Through it all, I have been able to inspire women to love their bodies at all stages of life and it has brought me so much joy and healing after facing my own body image struggles for years.
