Kendy John-Raines

Born in Boston, MA, this musically raised woman was destined for a future in music and entertainment. Kendy grew up in a home of Berklee college of music grads and became a Berklee grad herself along with her sister. With a family from Trinidad & Tobago, culture and music was always around her. She achieved a full scholarship to Berklee College of Music and began to start her path to success. Her first opportunity was to tour with R&B pop artist JoJo, when she released her second debut album, ‘High Road’. She sang as her supportive background singer for 2 years and had appearances on the Jay Leno Show, the Ellen Show and the Good Morning America show, to name a few. Kendy was recognized for her talent and also became background singer for world renown R&B Soul artist Musiq Soulchild. With her growing experience in the industry she started her own artist development company, a general business band and began establishing her own mark in the industry by writing and producing her own music. Kendy was also recognized for her image and was encouraged to pursue film as another industry to develop her talent. She is now currently working on a project with Disney pictures and seeking to expand her experience in the film and music industry.
