Joyce Barbosa

Hey, I’m Joyce Barbosa, originally from Brazil and now living in Los Angeles, California. I’ve played high-level soccer my entire life, including at the professional level, and sports have always been a huge part of who I am. My background as an athlete taught me discipline, consistency, resilience, and the importance of taking care of both your body and mind. Today, I’m a fitness and nutrition coach helping people become the strongest and healthiest version of themselves. I work with not only athletes, but also former athletes who want to get back in shape, rebuild their confidence, improve performance, and feel good in their bodies again. My coaching focuses on strength training, conditioning, nutrition, and creating sustainable habits that lead to real results and long-term lifestyle changes.
