Jordan took a major step in his career by writing and directing his debut thriller short film, Derrière les fenêtres. Filmed in his hometown of Kinshasa, the psychological thriller features Jordan in the lead role of Chronos, a mysterious and solitary teenager. The film also features a collaborative voice performance from his sister, Gina.
