Jordan Webster

I’m Jordan Webster, a Division I student athlete, entrepreneur, and future sports executive whose journey has been built through resilience, discipline, and consistency. I’ve competed at the highest collegiate level at Texas A&M, the University of Kansas, and UC Riverside, where I became the Big West leading scorer and earned First Team All Big West honors. Basketball has shaped who I am, but it’s also taught me how to lead, adapt, and keep showing up through every challenge and setback. Off the court, I’ve worked with the Dallas Mavericks Basketball Operations staff, gaining experience behind the scenes during the NBA Draft process and learning what it takes to operate at an elite level. I’m passionate about athlete empowerment, branding, and creating opportunities for the next generation, whether that’s through mentoring young athletes, working in the sports business world, or building my own path in the industry. Everything I do is rooted in hard work, confidence, and authenticity. I’m someone who embraces the early mornings, the pressure, the sacrifices, and the process because I know growth comes from pushing beyond comfort. Nike has always represented more than sports to me it represents culture, ambition, resilience, and believing in yourself before the world does.
