Joel Arra

Joel is a Trinidad and Tobago–based actor and creative professional with a lifelong passion for performance and storytelling. Drawn to acting from an early age, he has gained experience through commercial work, short films, theatre, and independent performance projects, including appearing in a KFC commercial. With a background in filmmaking, photography, and creative direction, Joel brings an understanding of both performance and the filmmaking process to his work as an actor. He is particularly drawn to dramatic, character-driven roles and enjoys exploring complex, morally ambiguous characters, from grounded everyday men to darker and more unconventional personalities. Driven, dependable, and committed to developing his craft, Joel is actively pursuing further acting training while building his professional body of work. He is open to film, television, commercial, voice-over, and independent productions, including opportunities outside Trinidad and Tobago where appropriate. Above all, he approaches each role with curiosity, preparation, and a genuine desire to serve the story.
